While sound healing is generally safe and beneficial for most people, there are certain individuals who should exercise caution or avoid it altogether:
Those who should avoid
Individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia.
Individuals with epilepsy or those prone to sound induced seizures.
Pregnancy: During the 1st trimester.
Those who should seek medical advice
Those with severe hearing impairments should consult with an audiologist or healthcare provider to determine if sound healing is appropriate, as the intensity of sounds may cause discomfort or harm.
Individuals with Pacemakers or Metal Implants: The electromagnetic fields generated by some sound healing instruments may interfere with medical devices like pacemakers and defibrillators.
Individuals with Heart Conditions: Those with certain heart conditions should consult their cardiologist before participating, as strong vibrations and certain frequencies may affect heart rhythms.
It's always best to consult with a healthcare professional if there are any doubts before starting sound healing therapy.
Please discuss any concerns before booking, other than in extreme cases most individuals are able to safely experience sound healing and each journey can be tailored to accommodate these safely.
